This iron is amazing. Heats up in about 10-15 seconds, beeps when it turns on AND when it's heated to temp, automatic turn off, constant temperature... wow! So much better than my CHI, which broke after owning it for only 3 months. I will spend the extra $ on a GHD every time. I totally recommend this iron. It's easy to straighten or curl with it too. I love the rounded barrel shape. I wish I could list some "cons" for comparison purposes, but, really, I haven't found ANY.

i have had this GHD for about four in a half years. it is literally AMAZING. i want a new one so i have my own and my mom has her own, but i just cant stop using it. i love it. my hair is frizzy/wavy and it makes my hair so soft and my mom has curly coarse hair, and she even gets soft hair after using this product. it is the best straightener i have ever had!! i would tell everyone to get this!!

It heats up in less than 10 seconds and in one single pass left my hair pin straight, sleek, and most of all SHINY! It can do amazing curls, waves, etc. with staying power.

The ghd is amazing! It doesn't seem possible that it can heat up as fast as it does...15 - 20 seconds from the time you turn it on, until it is fully heated! It is light-weight, easy to handle, and leaves my frizzy, wavy, fine hair, silky smooth for days. It has caused no burning or damage to my hair, and leaves it super shiny. It is worth every penny!
