Wow. This is an amazing tool. It took me a while to finally convince myself to fork over the cash after reading so many positive reviews ot it, but I am so glad I did and would buy another one should this one break. I've used this almost every day for the past six months and my hair has not looked better. It doesn't feel damaged at all even though I was worried that would happen because the iron does get quite hot. I don't know exactly how it does it, but this works miracles!!

The slightly curved edge of the barrel makes it easier for curling hair than most other flat irons. Heats up super-fast, straightens, curls and crimps without losing heat. Very handy that it has universal voltage capabilities for overseas travel. It cost twice as much as my old flat iron, but it doesn't seem to dry my hair out as much as the old one, and it is much better for curling.

I had purchased the regular iron and my daughter loved it so much, I gave it to her. The mini for myself is perfect. I have medium hair and colored so I need something that will not fry my hair. This works great! The best thing is that it stays straight. With other irons it would start out straight and since I have wave in my hair, gradually get wavy. Not with the ghd iron. Worth every penny!

This straightener is the most amazing thing I have ever used. It works wonders on any type of hair! I have very difficult damaged/frizzy/curly/unruly hair and this has never damaged my hair, even with almost every day use. No straightener has ever worked on my hair, only this has! AMAZING! Worth every penny.
